Welsh-Language Nursery Wibli Wobli Opens New Site in Cardiff

Wibli Wobli, the premium Welsh-speaking nursery, have opened their brand-new Cardiff site this week.

Originally from Newport, Wibli Wobli opened its first site in 2023. Following the growing success of the business, a second site has now opened in Roath, offering more spaces for parents in the city who wish to have Welsh education and care for their little ones.

Their brand new location is in a bespoke custom-built premises and includes various rooms to encourage the children to explore and offers a ‘curiosity approach’ to play. No prior Welsh language skills are required for children or parents; the nursery proudly promotes bilingualism through an immersive, play-based environment. Wibli Wobli can also care for children from ages 0-5, and exclusively for Cardiff sites, up to the ages of 7.

Natasha Baker, founder of Wilbi Wobli told us….

“Our new site in Roath is the next step in our expansion and we’re so delighted to bring further opportunities for Welsh-medium childcare to the city, as we know it’s in demand. Our new premises offer the same warm, nurturing environment that our customers know and love, and will also be able to cater for children up to the age of 7 – a real lifeline for some parents who juggle busy schedules. We are now open and we cannot wait to welcome you!”

Wibli Wobli do have some spaces left for January and are also inviting local families to a free community event day on the 17th January. A great opportunity to see the nursery, and with plenty of activities and fun for visitors.

The new Wibli Wobli location is at 53 The Parade, Roath, Cardiff, CF24 3AB. For more details head to their website HERE.
