Enchanted Winter The Ivy

Transport yourself to an enchanting winter wonderland at The Ivy Cardiff this January with a menu filled with timeless classics and new delights. Available from today, diners will fall under winter’s spell with the indulgent new menu.

New options include a Roast Pumpkin & Butternut Squash Soup (£8.95) served with truffle ricotta, pine nuts, and sage or a Duck Liver Parfait (£8.75) with caramelised hazelnuts to start; it’s as charming as winter herself.

For mains, let the heart-warming flavours of the season enchant and delight. Dishes available include an Aromatic Duck Curry (£19.25) served in a Keralan sauce with sweet potato and jasmine rice, and a classic Ivy Shepherd’s Pie (£15.95) with slow braised lamb, beef, red wine sauce, and a cheese potato mash.

To finish, guests can try a selection of delectable desserts, including an Apple Tart (£9.95) baked on a crispy puff pastry and flamed table-side with Calvados liqueur and a Coconut Pannacotta (£8.95) accompanied with slices of pineapple poached in vanilla and sugar syrup.

Those looking for a nutritious start to their morning can enjoy our Bircher Muesli (£6.75), made with Greek-style yoghurt, apples and oats flavoured with honey, topped with a super berry seed mix.

Alongside new dishes, guests will be able to enjoy a selection of flavourful mocktails to help you feel fabulous this Dry January. The Ivy Cardiff has teamed up with Lyre’s to create two delightful non-alcoholic cocktails, the Angelic Amaretti Sour (£7.50), crafted with Lyre’s non-alcoholic Amaretti and a fiery Picante (£7.50) made with the non-alcoholic spirit, lime & chilli.

Other mocktail creations include, La Fee Verte (£7.50) made with Lyres non-alcoholic absinthe, Blood Orange Spritz (£7.50) with Lyres non-alcoholic Italian spirit and a refreshing Orchid and Apple Mojito (£7.50).
