From showstopping sushi rolls to flavour-packed small plates and signature mains, this new offering showcases the finest seasonal ingredients with an unmistakable Ivy Asia twist. Paired with a limited-edition cocktail menu created in partnership with Casamigos Tequila and Fever-Tree, it captures the essence of summer indulgence.

To begin the experience, guests can enjoy the Kimchi Kakiage; crispy, golden fritters served with a spring onion mayonnaise, or the light and summery Barbeque Duck Salad, combining hoisin, mango, kaffir lime, and mizuna for a vibrant burst of flavour and freshness. Sushi lovers can indulge in the dramatic Volcano Roll, a rich combination of seared Wagyu beef, fatty tuna, and black truffle, or savour the classic Prawn Tempura Maki Roll, finished with exquisite presentation.

Highlights include the KL Fusion (£11.50) a tropical blend of tequila, pineapple, lime and pink grapefruit soda, finished with a coconut and white chocolate mousse, the Tokyo Twist (£13), with plum, yuzu, lime and matcha cold brew with Indian tonic for a refreshing, elevated serve. The Singapore Summer (£12.50) combines passion fruit, Cointreau and DOM Bénédictine with ginger ale for a sweet-spiced finish, while the Bangkok Sunset (£12.50) offers a vibrant mix of lychee, lemongrass, ginger beer and agave.
