The Greatest Try 50th Anniversary Lunch
This is your chance to join Sir Gareth Edwards and many more legends of rugby to celebrate 50 Years since That Try at a special anniversary lunch.
Widely acclaimed as the Greatest Try ever scored, Sir Gareth rounded off an unforgettable length-of-the-pitch move in the Barbarians’ famous victory over New Zealand in Cardiff in 1973.
The try scorer will be joined at ICC Wales by team-mates including Willie John McBride, JPR Williams, Tommy David, Derek Quinnell and David Duckham to relive memories over a sumptuous three-course lunch with fantastic entertainment.
The event will raise funds for sponsored charities, Working Options in Education and the Sir Gareth Edwards Cancer Charity.
A limited number of tables of 10 guests are available with various packages on offer.
