Marston’s has revealed that Hawkstone IPA will be available in almost 500 local pubs across the UK as part of a brand-new dish. From 3rd August, pub-goers will be able to try the award-winning British beer in the Hawkstone IPA & Beef Pie for a limited time only.
The pie combines British diced beef and pulled beef cheek, slow-cooked in a rich gravy made with Hawkstone IPA, with seasonal vegetables and Barber’s Cheddar, all encased in a buttery shortcrust pastry. The Hawkstone IPA & Beef Pie is served with seasonal vegetables, lashings of extra gravy and either chips or mash, depending on the pub.
Founded by Jeremy Clarkson, Hawkstone has been brewing award-winning beer using the best produce from British farms since 2021.
The brand is on a mission to shine a light on the incredible work that British farmers do to keep the country running and Marston’s is supporting the cause by serving Hawkstone at hundreds of its pubs across the UK.
Hawkstone IPA was named England’s best IPA at the World Beer Awards in 2025 and perfectly balances bursts of tropical and citrus notes, with richness from malt and hop bitterness, making it the perfect addition to the rich gravy.
Almost 500 Marston’s pubs across England, Scotland and Wales will be serving up the Hawkstone IPA & Beef Pie from the start of August, for a limited time only. Ensuring guests enjoy their meal with the perfect pairing, bottles of Hawkstone IPA will also be on sale.
