You may know JAKE HUMPHREY as a CBBC and BT Sport host, but now more likely to be one of the millions who download and listen to his very own High Performance Show podcast with psychology consultant DAMIAN HUGHES.

Jake has recently left BT Sport after 10 years of service – with the recent 2023 Champions League final between Inter Milan and Manchester City in Istanbul being his final match.

His focus now is the incredible success of High Performance, which is currently touring the UK getting to us in South Wales on Sunday 25th June at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.

This is definitely a not-to-be-missed high impact and unique show, bursting with interaction, musical performances and impactful talks that make guests walking away feeling inspired to ignite their own high performance journey. Joining Jake and Damian in Cardiff is non other than our very own SAM WARBURTON.

Jake has openly spoken about some of the mental health struggles he once faced. What once was a weakness, he now uses it to his strengths as he believes that it’s the ‘struggle that gives us the thrill’. Jake transfers his story to the stage, with the hope of inspiring his audiences to reach their full potential and ponder on their own personal high performances.

We caught up with Jake to chat about the show, the podcast and of course the joys of presenting on TV for so many years. We started by asking how surprised he was that his ‘little idea’ for a podcast has turned into a multi-million download for many people and now a live show……
