QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT have finally confirmed they’ll be bringing their hugely anticipated Rhapsody concert experience to the UK this summer. This is not any old tour either, it’s the full-on Bohemian Rhapsody experience.

The dates will see the band take at The O2, London for five nights between 2nd and 9th June, before heading north for a date at the Manchester Arena on 11th June. Of course if more dates appear we’ll let you know immediately.

The UK leg of the Rhapsody tour features original Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor team up with longtime frontman Adam Lambert, who first started performing with the band in seven years ago. Of course, we can’t ever compare Adam, or anyone to Freddie, but we’re telling you, he is an amazing fit into QUEEN.

Adam told us….

“I can’t wait to get back to the UK and Europe, we had a blast on our last tour, and I am so excited to bring this new show over there!”

The band’s line up for the tour will be completed by keyboard player Spike Edney, bass player Neil Fairclough and percussionist Tyler Warren.

QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT  have just wrapped up the American leg of the Rhapsody tour, which included two sell out shows at New York’s world-famous Madison Square Garden. The reviews have been off the chart. Not only for the music but in particular its innovative and spectacular stage production, which adds a new dimension into the band’s epic back catalogue.

Brian May told us….

“This is a fearsome new production taking the Queen legacy to a new place. I’m well proud.”

The announcement comes as the band are attracting a whole new generation of fans, finding Queen’s music through the movie Bohemian Rhapsody. The highest-grossing biopic of all time, Bohemian Rhapsody also saw lead actor Rami Malek take home the Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of the late Freddie Mercury.
