We wanted to tell you about this great feature on the McDonalds App, and Christmas Eve is the perfect time to use it.

This year, you can create the illusion of Santa’s reindeer visiting your home. It’s perfect to show the little ones!

The app allows you, and by the way you must be aged 18 or over to agree to the terms, to capture your surroundings and have a reindeer appear on the spot to bring the festive cheer. For real, you can have a reindeer appear at your front door, in the garden, or even in your front room (ok maybe not).

It’s a great little idea, so here’s how to do it.

First thing to do is go here – REINDEER

You really need to access the site on your phone or tablet, it just doesn’t work on desktops.

Once you’re on the site, just click ‘Get Started’ and then ‘I’m Ready’.

You then have the option to either select a photo or take a new one through the app. Once you’ve taken it you can position it, flip the reindeer and get it just right for you. The kids will absolutely love it, I know we did.

Make sure you agree to the terms and conditions and wait a few seconds for the video to be created. You can then share it to your social media, or you can send it in an email, or just download it to prove to the kids that the big man has been.
