Croeso Pubs is exclusively serving Marco Pierre White duck sausages, crafted by the celebrity chef himself, at select venues at its south Wales pubs.
The dish, made of three duck sausages with braised apple, red cabbage, buttery mash and gravy, is the perfect comfort food on cold days, and is being served in six of Croeso’s venues at The Bear’s Head, The Discovery, Daffodil, The Cricketers, Blue Bell and The Dock – the only places in the UK where you can try them out.
Marco Pierre White, a friend of Croeso’s executive chef Jamie Newman, has designed the sausages for his Farmhouse Cuisine range. These sausages offer a rich, gamey twist on a traditional favourite and they will be on the menu until Monday November 30th.
Jamie told us…….
“These duck sausages are all about flavour and indulgence. Marco wanted to create something that feels special yet affordable and they are perfect for a cosy pub meal but with a touch of gourmet flair. We can’t wait for diners to try them and enjoy every bite.”

Renowned chef Marco, who is a huge supporter of Croeso Pubs said…..
“There’s lots of sausages – pork sausages, Lincolnshire sausages, Cumberland sausages – you name it, there’s a sausage. But I want to talk about delicious duck sausages, the first ever!! My duck sausages are deliciously good and the first place to serve them is The Bear’s Head, The Discovery, Daffodil, The Cricketers, Blue Bell and The Dock, great places with a great sausage!
I’ve always admired what Croeso Pubs stands for which is great food, welcoming spaces, and a focus on quality ingredients. I’m proud to support their menu and bring something unique to their diners with these duck sausages. It’s wonderful to see a pub chain celebrating flavours in such a thoughtful way.”
