Fresh from conquering America, THE BARRICADE BOYS are heading back to the UK and for an unmissable West End party.
The UK’s most exciting musical theatre group are delighted to announce a special headline show at St David’s Hall in Cardiff, on Thursday November 16th.
It promises to be the ultimate feel good concert – packed with songs from the greatest musicals of all time plus some classic pop, rock, Motown and swing… all delivered with a unique Barricade Boys’ twist.
It will come hot-on-the-heels of the band’s UK homecoming show at London’s Adelphi Theatre in October.
The Barricade Boys have also announced they are looking for talented vocalists to perform with internationally acclaimed musical group when they head to the capital.
Youth Choirs and Youth Theatre Companies with 30 brilliant young people aged 8-15 are urged to apply to be considered to support the musical theatre supergroup with their special headline show at St David’s Hall.
The former Les Mis stars promise the ultimate feel good concert – packed with songs from the greatest musicals of all time plus some classic pop, rock, Motown and swing… all delivered with a unique Barricade Boys’ twist.

Starring past performers from the global theatrical sensation that is Les Misérables, The Barricade Boys – who are KIERAN BROWN, SCOTT GARNHAM, CRAIG MATHER and SIMON SCHOFIELD – have entertained fans around the world since they formed in 2015.
Their American adventure followed a string of critically acclaimed performances at home and abroad which had British stage legends Michael Ball, Alfie Boe and Elaine Paige – among many others – singing the band’s praises.
Announcing the show in Cardiff, Scott told us…..

“We’ve had an absolute ball during the past few years, none more so than on our recent US Tour and sell-out 54 Below night. It’s going to be so good to be back in front of UK audiences for what we promise will be the ultimate feel-good night.”
Simon and Scott established The Barricade Boys with the aim of creating a night at the musicals like no other. From the heart-wrenching emotion of Les Misérables to the toe-tapping harmonies of The Jersey Boys, The Barricade Boys’ shows are filled with powerhouse vocal harmonies and sensational dance routines.
And it’s not just about the music – these four superstar performers will also share hilarious and inspiring stories from their time on stage touring the world and in some of the biggest shows in the West End, including Wicked, Billy Elliot, The Phantom Of The Opera, The Sound Of Music, Joseph And The Technicolor Dreamcoat and more.

“The Bring Him Home Tour in 2022 was incredible – to be able to bring these iconic songs to packed theatres around the UK was something really special for all of us. Since then we’ve toured the world, and America was just a dream come true. Now we’re back to the UK, so get your dancing shoes and singing voices ready Cardiff!”
Simon and Scott established The Barricade Boys with the aim of creating a night at the musicals like no other. They blend powerhouse vocal harmonies and slick dance routines with a journey through the decades of musical theatre, bound together by the friendship and affection they have for each other, sharing anecdotes from the shows they have starred in.
Scott told us…..
“The Barricade Boys all have one thing in common – our shared history of performing in the West End, International tour and movie versions of Les Misérables, which is the world’s greatest musical without a doubt. Through that connection, we have developed great friendships which make our shows a very special event for theatregoers.”

The Barricade Boys wowed crowds with their fifth consecutive appearance at the annual celebration of London theatre West End Live earlier this month. A member of our team was there for the performance and reports they were definitely top of the tree that day – she even preferred them to Magic Mike who performed the same day!!!

The Barricade Boys were also a massive lockdown hit, where they drew together famous faces from the West End and Broadway – including Alfie Boe, Ramin Karimloo and John Owen Jones, to release a special version of the iconic Les Mis’ track Bring Him Home.
