The 14x champion trainer Paul Nicholls has won the race eight times with his West Country counterpart Philip Hobbs successful on six occasions.
One of the other feature events on the day is the Veterans’ Handicap Chase where we get to see some of the old warriors return to Chepstow Races!
The Unibet Welsh Jump Jockeys’ Derby
After raising an incredible £15,517 for LATCH Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity last year the Unibet Racing Welsh Jump Jockeys’ Derby is back for 2024!
We’re delighted to be supporting LATCH once again, to support the incredible work they do to help the families of children suffering with cancer, including that of Betsy Williams, daughter of the Welsh trainer Christian Williams.
