A Cardiff-based restaurant has launched two new summer menus which have all the hallmarks of one of the country’s greatest ever chefs.
Foodies from across South Wales can now look forward to a sensational summer of dining at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill on the 6th floor of Dominions Arcade with dishes that are set to tantalise the taste buds for those who love eating out.
Conscious as well that the current cost of living crisis is making guests think twice about dining out, the venue has also introduced price friendly set menu which offers two courses for £19.95 or three courses for £24.95.
It means anyone looking to enjoy a celebration or just want to go out for a nice meal can do so without worrying about the cost.
The new set menu sits alongside a sumptuous summer specials, giving guests an even greater choice when they visit.

“Both the summer set and summer specials menus reflect everything that’s wonderful and exciting about Marco’s food philosophy.
With a deference to the great British summer, they have been designed to complement the relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the restaurant, and means our guests can feel inspired by the choice of food on offer and enjoy their dining experience at the same time.
And with the current cost of living hitting the headlines almost daily, the set menu is a great way to enjoy a meal out without breaking the bank.
I can’t stress enough what amazing value for money the set menu is especially when you compare it against some other offerings on the market.”
On the set menu starters include a Carottes Râpées Salad, a Croustade of Sundried and Sun Blush Tomatoes, an Endive Salad and Egg Mayonnaise – all reflective of the summer months.
Mains are just as tantalising including Mackerel Fillet Pané à L’anglaise, Chickpea & Spinach Curry and a Poached Pear and Walnut Salad while the dish of the season is the renowned Wheeler’s Fishcake.
A visit to a Marco Steakhouse wouldn’t be the same without a any steak options and come in the form of quality grass fed Campbell Brothers’ steaks.
For those with any room left desserts include Marco’s famous Cambridge Burnt Cream and Poached Summer Berries.
Meanwhile on the specials menu starters include Baked Camembert, Air Cured Bresaola Beef and Pan Seared Scallops
On the mains guests can choose from Double Ribeye Sharing Steak, the meat-free Redefine Meat Burger, Escalope of Pork Loin Saltimbocca and Barbeque Mixed Grill.
Then to finish off there’s an Eton Mess regarded as being ‘The Perfect Mistake’ plus a Classic Fruitcake with Clawson Blue Cheese.
