Saturday eveningâs episode of Britainâs Got Talent on ITV saw M&S Swansea colleague Carole Evans receive a very special shout out from none other than Simon Cowell, to recognise her incredible hard work to help feed the nation.

Carole is part of the M&S Swansea team and was recognized by her colleagues for supporting the M&S Mumbles store with an incredibly positive and resilient attitude. Described as pleasant and cheerful to all colleagues and customers, her colleagues at M&S Mumbles say she has instantly fit in to positively impact her colleagues and customers.
During the broadcast, Simon Cowell said……..
âIâm thanking Carole Evans from M&S Swansea who is currently helping the Mumbles store and is making a positive impact on all her new customers. Thanks Carole!â
And this is that very moment Simon did it.
M&S Swansea colleague, Carole Evans told us……
âI feel honoured and humbled by it all. I was only being myself! I was both shocked and surprised as I sat down to watch BGT Saturday night. Itâs not often you get your name mentioned on TV, especially by Simon Cowell. It is great to be appreciated in the workplace and Marks and Spencer is a business that I am proud to work for. It is so important to be kind to one and another. I am glad that I can do that for people, adding a smile and a laugh can go a long way, especially in these times. My friend and family are so proud, as am I.â
Earlier this year, M&S Food announced that it has renewed its sponsorship with ITVâS Britainâs Got Talent, the UKâs most popular family TV show.

Building on the success of last yearâs partnership, M&S Food has created an exciting program of activity to bring delicious, high quality M&S Food into the living rooms of families across the UK every Saturday night, across the show itself and associated app and website, with lots of new features and surprises in the coming weeks.
As part of the partnership, each Saturday night ahead of the show Simon Cowell will give a shout out on ITV to recognise an M&S colleague who has gone above and beyond in feeding the nation.
As usual BGT always throws up some incredible moments and if you missed Saturday’s show then this is the stand out act you have to see. We guarantee you’ll need a tissue to dry away those tears after watching this very special performance.
