WELSH WRESTLING has been around for a long while now, 15 years unbelievably. It’s actually the leading brand of live sports entertainment in Wales, and the only wrestling tour that covers the entire country. Their live events are full of action-packed fun for all the family. The good news is, they are well and truly back.
They said of their return….
‘With the recent wave of optimism in the news, Welsh Wrestling is proud to announce our restart date during the Whitsun half term. After speaking to the venues and local councils involved, all are cautiously confident that these events will be able to take place, but as with everything in this pandemic, that could change at any moment. So for the time being – save the dates, cross your fingers, and most importantly, STAY SAFE!!’

Their roots have always been family-orientated wrestling, providing wrestling fans with an exciting, fun-filled evening of sports entertainment each and every time. We guarantee that you’ll love the sport but they are also such great, fun nights too.
They’ve picked up a few awards along the way……
- James Mason became the inaugural Welsh Heavyweight Champion by winning a gruelling tournament in Harlech, Gwynedd on 1st May 2010.
- The second Welsh Heavyweight Champion was Kade Callous, who captured the title from James Mason in Builth Wells, Powys on 23rd October 2010.
- The current and three-time Welsh Heavyweight Champion is Stevie Starr, who won the championship from Kade Callous in Tenby on 31st July 2014.
If you want to see a wrestling show in Wales, The Superstars of Welsh Wrestling have so many fun-packed live events coming up. We’ve added their tour dates (so far) so you can check where they are over the coming months. Just remember these dates could change depending on restrictions.
