Swansea Grand Theatre and Brangwyn Hall have lots on offer this Autumn/Winter and plenty to entertain children, including David Walliamsâ jaw-achingly funny Demon Dentist, Julia Donaldsonâs beloved Tales from Acorn Wood and Shrek the Musical.
Their much missed brochure is back and is crammed with fantastic performances for everyone to enjoy during the darker days. Pick up a copy from the theatre or you can download it straight on to your device HERE.

They have a myriad of music coming up, from a tribute to The Carpenters, to one of the best bands of the 60s, The Manfreds, and if you like boy bands, youâll love The Ultimate Boy Band Party Show.
Have a laugh with the eclectic comics, including the acerbic Jo Brand, star of Mock the Week and taskmaster, Ed Gamble, and the highly intelligent and provocative, Omid Djalili.
Ballet lovers can revel in the tragic romance of Swan Lake and indulge in the innocence and magic of Sleeping Beauty. Both are accompanied by a live orchestra.
The Swansea Grand pantos have always been a firm favourite and this year itâs going to be bigger and better than ever before. Not only is Beauty and the Beast a panto first for the theatre, but they have a Christmas cracker of a cast with TV star and Strictly Come Dancing champion, Joe McFadden, Swanseaâs favourite dame, Kev Johns, the return of the hugely hilarious Matt Edwards and local West End leading lady, Hayley Gallivan. You can take a look at our Panto feature HERE.
There are candlelit concerts to enjoy at the Brangwyn Hall, including The Music of James Bond and Queen amongst others. Experience vibrant and authentic flamenco music and dance from the spectacular Daniel Martinez Flamenco Company and trip the light fantastic with the return of the hugely popular Tea Dance.
Britainâs oldest â?bouyâ band, Fishermanâs Friends, perform at the hall and donât miss Christmas with Aled and Russell, when two of the worldâs greatest classical voices combine forces in a festive feast of music. You can take a look at our interview with the pair right HERE.
