Here we are, at the end of the first month of 2025 and we wonder just how many of us have held on to our New Year resolutions?

She is sharing advice on why mastering your mornings can help some of those healthy resolutions stick.



Saving money (41%), regular exercise (37%) and drinking more water (37%) are the top new habits adults want to start to help achieve a healthier balance according to research by SYMPROVE, with 1 in 3 saying that their main goal this year was to get in the habit of eating healthier.

Making a resolution is one thing, keeping it going past the first few weeks of January is a new challenge in itself. When it comes to sticking to a new resolution, staying inspired is often the key to making new changes stick. Partners (40%), family (35%) and friends (25%) are the top chosen people adults feel motivated by to achieve their goals.



Now research shows that winning the mornings may be the key to ensuring our good intentions make it past January. Nearly half of adults (46%) believe introducing new habits in the morning would help them stick to it, almost 3 in 5 (59%) think that starting their day with a wellness activity will positively impact their mood.

In fact, listening to music (29%), a healthy meal (27%) and going for a walk (24%) are the top things adults do to kickstart their day on a healthy tone.
