If ever there was a subject for Mischief to get their teeth into, it has to be this. Do we ever really grow up?
GROAN UPS follows an unruly classroom of six year-olds on their journey through anarchic high school teenagers to the challenges of adulthood.
Groan Ups is a comedy all about growing up but what is so great about this production, its how the five main characters take us on a journey from primary to high school, before getting together for the school reunion years later.
It’s not only the characters who change with the clever use of costumes, hairstyles, and of course pretty nifty acting skills. But the sets and props are pretty special too.
Of course the best productions create a bond between audience and the characters on stage, and I can tell you, that you will really care for the kids/adults in the story.
Everything you remember about schooldays – but choose to forget, is lovingly brought back through the show. School crushes, drinking weird and wonderful concoctions to try and become the ‘cool kid’, and of course, no story would be complete without the embarrassing parents. GROAN UPS has the lot.

Any Mischief show always sells out fast, so we suggest you get in now to see it when it arrives at the New Theatre in Cardiff next week. GROAN UPS is here from Monday 11th through to Saturday 16th October. The show starts at 7:30pm with 2:30pm matinees on Thursday and Saturday.
